There is a 15 minute grace period . After the 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled and charged 50% of the service total.
Deposits are due immediately at the time of bookings. Deposit will be deducted at the end of service. They are none refundable, only transferable if you rebook your service within 24 hours.
Appointments can be rescheduled within 24 hours of appointment. If you fail to reschedule within 24 hours, you lose your deposit.
NO same day cancelation appointments,
if you need to cancel you may use the link in your conformation email within 24hours or your appointment.
Cancelations made same day will result in a 50% service charge.
no show appointments will be charged 100% service charge.
