There is a 10 minute grace period . After the 10 minutes Each additional minute is an additional 5$ after the 15minute window you will be canceled and forfeit your deposit and be charged 50% of service charge. Now if I can l fit you in it will be an additional 50$ charge on top of service Charge.
Deposits are due immediately at the time of bookings. Deposit will be deducted at the end of service. They are none refundable, only transferable if you rebook your service within 24 hours.
Appointments can be rescheduled within 24 hours of appointment. If you fail to reschedule within 24 hours, you lose your deposit.
NO same day cancelation appointments,
if you need to cancel you may use the link in your conformation email within 24hours or your appointment.
Cancelations made same day will result in a 50% service charge.
no show appointments will be charged 100% service charge.
